hub The Pivotal Hub
A DRC, functioning as the project's central command center, will be strategically located at the town square.
Emphasizing an open-floor design, The DRC serves as the central hub for the CF initiative, facilitating coordination among Project Homeland personnel, partners, and stakeholders.
The Project Management Branch operates at the core of the DRC, collaborating with the town's Citizen-Centric Advisory Board to study, fund, approve projects, oversees and guides progress toward intended outcome.
The DRC's comprehensive design should incorporate various essential spaces -- that are integral to our mission and vision for the DRC, including:

Think Tank
A collaborative space To brainstorm and devise innovative solutions for community challenges.
Library
A resourceful library, equipped with research materials and educational content.
Training Hall
A dedicated area for conducting skill-building workshops and training sessions.
Public Access Area
An open space where community members can access information and resources.
Tool Rental Store
A facility to lend tools and equipment, supporting community projects and initiatives.
Business Office Store
An essential amenity providing reliable services, including printing, copying, computer usage, and a wide range of office supplies, fostering local economic business development.

Observatory for the Night Sky
A unique feature provides opportunities for stargazing and celestial observation and can serve as an educational resource, offering workshops and programs for schools and local residents to learn about astronomy, physics, and space science.
Local Intranet Network
The backbone of the free community wifi system, fostering digital connectivity, a valuable idea to enhance the DRC's impact and empower residents with valuable online resources, educational opportunities, and communication tools.
DRC As The Center Of Operations
As a pivotal hub, the DRC primarily serves as the center of operations but is not the location for most projects the initiative intends to undertake.
Approved projects will be located throughout the community as decided by The Board and the Citizen-Centric Advisory Board, with project management and coordination centralized at the DRC.
