In this context, Community First represents an approach prioritizing "Community Wealth Creation First." This approach encompasses various elements, emphasizing the importance of creating wealth and opportunities within the Community. Additionally, it underscores the significance of establishing a Development Resource Centers and a Citizen-Centric Advisory Board as essential components of this strategy. These elements collectively aim to empower the Community, promote self-sufficiency, and foster sustainable development from within.
